We can ship any address in the world. When an order is placed online or through our customer service department, the estimated time frame for delivery is based upon several factors, including the destination, shipping method, and when the order was placed.
Most products ship same day due to nature of products. You get your product key within 2 hours on your mail.

If a purchase your product(s) and it states they have an electronic delivery method or download, you will receive the required product/license key in the email you registered with us the same day your order is confirmed.

Once a product has been downloaded by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the the consumer contracts regulations June 2014 due to the electronic nature of our products. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back. We reserve the right to alter any of our prices from time to time.

Return is valid within 30 days from the date on which software were purchased. Any refund enquiry received after (thirty) 30 days will not be accepted for refund.
